1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ssvsgreenenergy.shop, booking a 3D site survey, or signing a solar procurement agreement with SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Government Subsidy & DISCOM Net-Metering Disclaimers

While SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. facilitates complete documentation and net-metering registration on behalf of the customer, the following conditions apply:

• Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT): Central subsidies (up to ₹78,000 for a 3kW residential rooftop system) are deposited directly into the customer's Aadhaar-linked bank account by MNRE upon commissioning and DISCOM joint inspection.
• Government Discretion: Approval, timeline, and disbursement of subsidies are governed solely by government authorities. SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. does not disburse subsidies directly and cannot be held liable for administrative delays caused by government portals or DISCOM field inspections.
• DISCOM Net-Metering: Feasibility of net-metering connection depends on local transformer capacity, grid stability, and DISCOM approval rules.

3. Solar Generation & Performance Estimations

Any energy production calculations, bill savings estimations, or payback period figures shown on our website calculator or proposal documents are for illustrative & estimation purposes only:

• Estimations are calculated using Standard Test Conditions (STC) and historical regional solar irradiance data (~120–135 units/month per kW).
• Actual monthly energy generation depends on seasonal tilt, cloud coverage, temperature, ambient dust accumulation, shading from surrounding structures, and DISCOM grid uptime (grid-tied inverters require active grid voltage to function).

4. Customer Obligations & Site Accessibility

To ensure safe installation and compliance, the customer agrees to:

1. Provide unhindered access to the installation roof area for engineers and DISCOM inspectors.
2. Ensure the structural integrity of the roof can safely support ALMM modules and hot-dip galvanized mounting structures.
3. Provide accurate electricity bill details, property ownership proof, and Aadhaar documentation required for DISCOM net-metering approval.

5. Warranties & After-Sales Support

All equipment supplied by SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. carries standard manufacturer warranties:

• Solar PV Modules: 25-Year Linear Performance Warranty backed by Tier-1 ALMM approved manufacturers.
• Grid Inverters: 5 to 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty.
• Mounting Structures & Workmanship: SSVS 1-Year installation craftsmanship warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability & Legal Jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian Law, SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, grid outages caused by state DISCOMs, or force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, extreme weather).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida / Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

7. Web Engineering & Developer Technical Disclaimer

This website (ssvsgreenenergy.shop) is engineered, hosted, and maintained by technical web development service providers solely on behalf of SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.:

• Zero Developer Liability: The web software developers, UI engineers, and technical platform providers act exclusively as technology service contractors and hold zero commercial, legal, financial, or statutory liability for SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.'s operations, solar EPC contracts, DISCOM net-metering approvals, MNRE subsidies, or business conduct.
• Corporate Operating Responsibility: All business representations, solar installation commitments, warranties, financial calculations, and commercial agreements are the sole legal responsibility of SSVS Green Energy Pvt. Ltd.
