We only collect data necessary to provide solar engineering, procurement, net-metering, and MNRE subsidy estimation services:

• Contact & Identity Data: Name, phone number, email address, property city/pincode, and preferred communication method.
• Site & Energy Specifications: Monthly electricity bill range, roof area availability, DISCOM connection load, and property structural type (Residential/Commercial).
• Government Subsidy Documentation: Aadhaar number, electricity bill copy, bank account details for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), and site photos required for MNRE National Portal and DISCOM net-metering sanction.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and essential operational cookies for secure authentication.

3. Purpose of Processing & Legal Basis

Your data is processed strictly based on your explicit consent for the following purposes:

1. To conduct 3D solar site feasibility surveys and provide customized solar system cost estimations.
2. To prepare and submit rooftop solar net-metering applications to your respective state DISCOM (e.g., UPPCL, TATA Power DDL, BSES, etc.).
3. To assist in registering your residential solar installation on the National Solar Portal (PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana) for direct bank subsidy disbursement.
4. To provide warranty claims, remote inverter monitoring, and 25-year performance support.

We implement enterprise-grade TLS 1.3 encryption, restricted role-based database access, and secure cloud storage to protect customer files. Information is retained only for the duration needed to fulfill EPC warranties and legal tax compliance.
